Okay for starters, my school doesn't go all out like other schools and wear long dresses. Maybe... Some girls do wear puffy dresses but that's only like 4-6 that's about it. But anyways last year I wore a puffy dress and spent 300$ on it. This year I decided to wear 15$ dollar dress from forever 21 and just wear a statement necklace. I need help choosing what kind of statement necklace color and also makeup & hair! Should I do nude or black or silver heels? Or wedges.

Oh btw my boyfriend would have to match too... So I think the maroon would be easier to match with? But I don't know whatever you guys think is better. Whatever suits me

I really like the maroon one! it looks very classy and as you said your boyfriend would be able to find something matching easier. for makeup I would go with a simple kinda nude look, like this:

You should wear the maroon dress
I agree with Ban H. about the necklace and makeup but I would wear black heels. I love the way black looks with maroon. Or maybe smoky eye makeup would look nice.
