So it's the new year you guys! I've already mentioned before on here about making YouTube videos, however in the last 6 months a lot has changed in my life and I've been considering making a Vlog channel apposed to a beauty/beauty related channel. Do any of you girls have a Vlog or beauty channel? How did you get the hang of editing? I learnt at school but it's been a few years since then haha! I know this isn't makeup related but I didn't know who else to ask but you girls! And I'm still unsure about the YouTube part to begin with but I'm trying to live this year a little differently by doing things I wouldn't usually say yes to, I am yes man this year hahaha! 😭😂😘

Hi Shaye! Wow I'm so surprised you haven't got any feed back on your thread since so many on this site have YouTube channels, blogs, Vlogs, a Baker, candle stick maker lol.(a little humor ;). Let's hope they will see this thread and help a sista out. ;)

Yeah I was hoping someone would be able to break it down for me haha! I've recorded one video of my daily makeup but when I tried to edit it I honestly gave up like so confusing haha! Maybe one day I'll figure out iMovie haha!._.

Well, I am planning to make one too. But it needs a lot of patience. I am making one because of business and extra income too. Well, it is not so easy to earn in YouTube but for a part-timer pretty sure you will enjoy it. As long as you love what you are doing and you are managing your time well without sacrificing your priorities. You will be happy on making a vlog channel. Just a tip make a videos every week or 2 videos per week so the audience will take you seriously. Just a little bit of marketing strategy. ;) You can watch "The business of beauty blogging" in YouTube, it is very helpful. :D.
