I usually use the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent and "bake" my concealer, but it's been giving me an awful flashback. How can I get rid of this? What can I use as a finishing powder on my face for flash photography specifically?

This powder shouldn't cause flashback if you use it sparingly. Since you're baking with it you're adding too much powder than necessary, which is why you're experiencing flashback (:

I agree with Jacqueline.
I just looked at the ingredients of the Laura Mercier powder and it doesn't have anything that should be causing flashback.
It could be your concealer color being too light and/or containing reflective ingredients, the direct flash itself (the flash on my 4S is HORRIBLE).

A good finishing powder is the NYX HD powder or the MUFE HD powder which are silica based and you need a super tiny amount.
If you mean and actual setting powder for that area I would get one that has color because they can sort of help tone down the flashback
