Makeup For A Blue Dress?

Only 11 more days until my birthday! I'm planning on wearing a blue and black dress with black tights and jacket and blue shoes, plus my blue/teal hair lol.

I'm a bit stuck on how to do my makeup because I don't wear too much blue and look silly but I don't know what else to do besides neutrals.

Any makeup ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Well since you've got so much blue, I wouldn't do blue but if thats what you want, then rock it!

I would personally go for a grey, silver, or gold eye makeup look.

Maybe just a blue liner in the lower lash line or some other subtle blue. Don't outdo it otherwise you'll look outdated.
