On beautylish, a wonderful makeup artist named Diana E. made a new video called NYE makeup 2015. It's a really pretty look so recommend checking her video out. As far a hairstyles go, I suggest either putting your hair up in a nice high pony tail or just leaving it down.

Glitter! Well at least for eye makeup, I think silver and gold eye makeup with a red lip always looks good...

But as far as clothing, its difficult to suggest outfits since we can't look into your closet. Perhaps, you can put together a few outfits you have in mind. Another thing, it will also depend on what your plans are, as far as what outfit to put together. Are you going to a party that would require dressing up or maybe something that requires something more casual. Although, I mentioned makeup already, that can change depending on the outfit; same for hairstyle.
