I have tired a few powders over my mac foundation and nothing is giving me the smooth airbrush finish. Does anyone recommend one over my foundation? I'll list what I have used below!
1. Nyx setting powder
2. Lancôme translucent powder
3. Bare minerals
4. Lancôme pressed powder

I literally have never seen such smooth undereyes. I was going to recommend Tarte's smooth operator but now...

And seriously, looks 100x. Nicer in person! They have pressed (the one I have) and loose. So I bet the loose is just as nice and prob great for baking :-)

My favorite setting powder is Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder. I feel it definitely gives me that airbrushed look! I put it over my TF Born this Way foundation. I assume it would do well over MAC.

Hey Jackie, since Charlotte's powder only comes in three shades, do you think the fair shade would work for me or would it be too dark? I know you say great things, but I'd hate to buy something that I can't use and that is hard to return since it would be online.
Destiny, I like the Laura Mercier powder like Erika! I do have to say that if you have any dry spots it does slightly accentuate them though. If your skin is more on the oily side, it definitely gives an airbrush effect. If you're drier, I might skip it.

Palladio Rice Powder.
I will always recommend this powder.
It's about $5 at Sally's beauty supply or around $6 at Ulta.
It's quite mattifying and it really smooths your skin and makes you look poreless.
I would always get compliments when I used that powder and it really set my foundation better than any product so far.
They even have their blotting paper that has some powder in it.
AMAZING.
I used that with the RCMA foundation (which had me oily within a few hours and no other powders kept it matte)
But the rice powder blotting paper was the ONLY one that made me matte and made my skin look smooth/not cakey

I definitely see the difference, wow! It's in my cart now. As soon as I go to the bank to make some deposits, I'm planning on placing an order. Thanks so much, you've been super helpful, as always :)
