Other than Nail Envy and time, is there anything else I should do to help get my natural nails growing back into shape?

Nail growth is also a matter of genetics like hair growth. I can just suggest you to eat healthy like Jackie said. Eat calcium, magnesium and protein rich diet. keep your nail cuticles healthy. Would prefer you to consult a specialist for this :)

My natural nails are thin and when they grow they spit too easily so I get acrylics if I want anykind of length. I've tried what everyone has said to no avail. Genetics are to blame. Try getting Gelish Polish?
