This is what I get for working in a kitchen in the winter. Hot dish water, washing my hands constantly, tons of hand sanitizer has led me to my nails looking like this. They peel, they break, they're thin, they've got ridges, and my cuticles are shot to hell. Give me every trick you've got to help me nurse my poor nails back to health 😢

Hi Bailey! For sure keep them moisturized. I use vaseline under my nails and Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle cream at night, couple times a week. You may want to do the vaseline part 4 times a week until you see improvement. And of course lots of had lotion. Recently I started using Aveda Chakra, it's an oil type spray I put on my nails and rub in. Hope this helps! Let's us know what you try and what worked for you  :)
