Hi team,
today I received my first order. It arrived really much later than I was told when ordering (7 days late) , probably due to Christmas. It was for me so I didn't care much, but if it had been a Christmas present I would have had problems.
Anywho, I'm extremely pleased with the packaging, a lot of care was put into it and it was personalized with a handwritten card and all.
I'm really impressed. I just wish the shipping costs were more affordable because it's hard to justify 15 dollars shipping when you buy a 30 dollars product...
So keep up the good work beautilysh! I really liked the app and now I like the shop as well :)

I think it's because of the holiday seasons that your delivery time was compromised. Personally I am pretty impressed usually with their delivery. It's always less than a week (3 or 4 days) they do offer free shipping at 35 dollars or more and I usually take advantage of that and on a bonus note, I don't get charged tax. Most companies free shipping is 50 dollars or more by the way, I usually check beautylish first before I buy anywhere else. I'm waiting till they restock Jeffree star products because I just love their whole ordeal with shipping and tax!

Hi Natalie, remember that the shipping time is 3-4 working days, so if there's a holiday or a weekend then the shipping will be longer :)
And like Livi said always check out what the limit for free shipping is :) I live in Denmark and also pay the 15$ delivery (which I don't feel is that much to ship that fare away) but I get free delivery on orders over 50$ so I always make sure to buy for the 50$!

Hey, Unsure where you live but here tax is very high so I have to order for less than 60 dollars, including the 15 shipping. There is no free shipping and the shipping time was supposed to be 7 to 11 days and ended up being 18 days!!
Other than that I am pleased with the products and how they were protected.

Yeah I have to pay taxes on the products as well, but thats the good thing about Beautylish - You pay the taxes rigth on the site when you order so you don't get a fee once the package arrive!
In denmark we can only buy 15$ worth of stuff from the states before we have to pay fees and taxes but when I buy from BL I pay the taxes straight away with my payment so I don't have to do all this.
