yes, it's absolutely fine! I only do it once a week but I knw a lot of people that do it twice a week! Your hair will love that moisture!

it's fine but it does tend to make your hair a bit greasy.

it makes my hair stringy and weighed down. if you have hair that needs moisture go right ahead hun. but if your going to use a deep conditioner that often try to use a no silocone and alcohol free conditioner trust me alcohol is horrible and dries it out.
