Yeah I definitely wouldn't bleach, you'll just cause damage and then when it fades it can look splotchy or maybe have a green tint. I agree with Hailey and the brands she recommended. I also really like John Frieda's foam color; as far as color lasting, drugstore dyes typically do not last long but it really just depends on your hair type. I recommend getting a color bowl and brush to make sure you get an even all over color.
