The CT Magic Foundation is full coverage. Over the course of a few years, I have seen you try most every full coverage foundation known to modern man, and nothing seems to satisfy or cover your melasma and/or vein issue. If you can't cover what you are trying to cover with the Estee Lauder Maximum Cover Camouflage Makeup for Face and Body, it's either your technique and/or you may need to neutralize whatever discoloration exists before applying a full coverage foundation.
If none of the numerous full coverage foundations that have been recommended to you are to your liking, or don't for whatever reason cover what you have been trying to cover, the only way to go is to move on to more medical grade types of foundations/concealers: Keromask, Kryolan Dermacolor, Dermablend, Dermacol... products of this nature. Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer is also another good one; however, for full face application, I strongly recommend that you cut it with a primer or moisturizer. It can also be used full strength as a spot concealer. Hopefully, if you send the Marc Jacobs Remarcable back to get your correct shade or you adjust it to your skin tone, this one will work for you as this is yet another full coverage foundation.
I wish you the best of luck. :)
