Should I begin to transition from my black hair into a lighter blonde? Like would that suit my skin tone and what colors could I use to begin going into lighter shades before completely bleaching it out? It at the moment vvvv.

I think a medium cars male (warm) brown, or light caramel brown would look good on you and really contrast with you eye color

But from the looks of it (the photo provided) it seems you prefer cooler colors so you can go a medium ash brown or light ash brown.

I would start with a few highlights to see if you like the light color and eventually add more. The highlights will lighten up as time goes on which will lighten up your hair. That's what I did and I am now partially blonde without bleaching and ruining my whole head! Since you are pretty dark it will take time so don't get frustrated! You will get there one day and will appreciate taking the time when your hair is still in good condition and looks good!

Aha I know what I look like with pretty light colors. I'm a natural dirty blonde but I'm thinking of going platinum blonde since of my super pale skin and the filter made it look darker than it really is it was just the only one I had at the moment where you can see more than a couple baby hairs. This is a more recent photo which you can tell the actual color
