Today I used a lot of new products to create a look! Some stuff I got in beauty boxes last month and some stuff I bought myself. New products will be marked with a * and I'll put my first impression of them below as well. The only things I've marked that aren't really new to me are the lashes and lash glue, I haven't worn lashes since I was in dance in high school, lol. Constructive criticism always appreciated!

Face:
-Becca Backlight Priming Filter*
-Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Water Foundation in Light Medium Beige*
-NYX HD Concealer in Light
-Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
-BareMinerals BareSkin Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer*
-Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder in Medium
-Tarte Grav3yardgirl Swamp Queen Palette* (Does This Thing Really Work?, Gator Wings)

Brows:
-Smashbox Brow Tech Shaping Powder in Taupe*
-Chella Defining Brow Gel

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Tarte Grav3yardgirl Swamp Queen Palette* (Natural Peaches, Sassy Bun, Sippy Sippy, Bug Baby)
-NYX Retractable Liner in Black
-Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara
-Ardell Demi Whispies*
-Duo Lash Glue*

Lips:
-NYX Ombré Lip Duo in Peaches & Cream*

I applied my primer all over my skin with my fingers. I dotted on my foundation and blended with the Sigma F80. I applied my concealer under my eyes, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow and blended with the Beauty Blender Micro Mini. I set under my eyes with the RT Setting Brush and the rest of my face with the Danielle Powder Brush. I applied and blended a few drops of bronzer on my cheeks, forehead, and jaw with the ELF Small Stipple Brush. I contoured my cheekbones with the Morphe E8, applied my blush to my cheeks with the Danielle Blush Brush, and highlighted the tops of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with the RT Fan Brush.

I filled in my brows with the powder and set them with the gel.

I applied my eye primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied Natural Peaches into and above the crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. I applied Sassy Bun on the lid with the RT Base Shadow Brush. I applied Sippy Sippy on the outer corner and blended it into Sassy Bun and a little through the crease and also onto the lower lash line with the RT Brush Brush. I applied Big Baby to the inner corner and brow bone with the ELF Defining Eye Brush. I applied my liner to my tight line and waterline and one coat of mascara to the bottom lashes and two to the top. I applied a little glue to my false lashes, let them get tacky, applied them as close to my lash line as I could, and squeezed my real and fake lashes together with my fingers.

I lined my lips with the liner side of the lip duo and filled them in with the lipstick side, rubbing my finger over where they meet to blend.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

-Becca Backlight Primer: Nice and glowy without looking greasy. My pores also look pretty good!

-Tarte Rainforest Of The Sea Water Foundation: Medium to full coverage, very easy to blend, and super lightweight. Also has a nice glow to it. I'm hoping it holds up on my skin because I really like it!

-BareMinerals BareSkin Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer: Lovely color and blended really easily. I would definitely use this again!

-Smashbox Brow Tech Shaping Powder: Didn't like this at all, the color was too dark and it was kind of hard to blend out. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

-Ardell Demi Whispies & Duo Lash Glue: I think the lashes are too much for me but that might just be because I'm not used to seeing myself with falsies on, lol.

-NYX Ombré Lip Duo: The liner side was great but the lipstick side clung to any dryness, texture, and lines on my lips and they just look terrible. The lipstick also wiped right off when I was trying to blend the shades together but the liner stayed just fine. I would probably just continue to use the liner side.

-Tarte Grav3yardgirl Swamp Queen Palette: The eyeshadows have great pigmentation and blend very well! The blush is also a great color and very pigmented (I went a little overboard, lol) and the highlighter is a nice pale gold with some extra sparkle in it that I personally really like. I would definitely recommend this palette!
