I need help with lipstick.

I desperately need tips on lipstick. Whenever I put it on its really messy and I have no idea how to clean it up. please help me!!

I use a lip stick brush most of the time to apply lippies. And I have a concealer pencil to outline with.

I always lightly dab my lips with my beauty sponge spritzed with a setting spray or powder after I apply, then add another coat if needed.

Try a lip liner to outline your lip and keep the lipstick within what you outlined.
Use a lip brush with your lipstick and/or use a concealer and a concealer brush to really clean it up and make it smooth etc

I agree. Lip liner is awesome when you want to make your lips look really sharp. Also, if you want to minimise smudges, I wouldn't recommend over lining them too much. It can get quite messy. After lining and putting on lipstick, make sure you clean up with a cotton tip. I have found it makes a huge difference. You can use concealer to clean up around the lip as well but I usually skip that step.
