The party it's going at a hotel. Ladies I am in my 30's, I am not going to be dancing at all because I think there are going to be playing Mexican music, which it's not my cup of tea. I was thinking of black thick eyeliner, dark lipstick ( colorpop be-dazzled) my hair is magenta and curly, and I was planning to do a fake side under cut. For accessories I would just wear rings because I have tattoos on both of my arms and shoulders.

It is safe to go with a romper. It's not a skirt or dress but depending on the style of the romper it has to be respectful for the occasion.

Given the occasion, I think it's a great outfit. it's very similar to what I once wore to a wedding and I was very happy with it, it's great for whenever you don't want to wear a dress imo.
