I'd say something different. Urban Decays Perversion. Ulta-Travel size ($6USD) Large size ($22USD) last time I looked. Travel size lasts a long time though.

I use the Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof and I love it so much more than the Benefit They're Real, I find it to be so much more lengthening and volumizing.

I think the Too faced works better but if you want to try really good mascaras then I'd go with Lancôme their mascaras are amazing

I prefer Better than Sex because it gives a voluminous and flirty look, but take into consideration that it flakes a lot, so you may end with raccoon eyes. I haven't tried the waterproof version, maybe it's better.

Benefit's mascara is good but not worth the money.

Too faced was a horrible experience for me since it flaked, smeared, and made my lashes look short and clumpy. I hated it. They're real really lengthened my lashes and made them actually look good enough to be fake and it didn't flake or come off. It's actually a really struggle to take off. But I also second the Lancome and UD mascaras.

I have to agree with Brook A., urban decay perversion is my favorite. Better than Sex flaked all over my face within an hour of putting it on, and smeared really badly. They're real was ok, I didn't see anything special in that mascara.

TooFaced better than sex is absolutely horrible. It's one of the worst mascaras I have ever tried. It flakes off and you will have raccoon eyes in about an hour. They're Real by Benefit is my holy grail mascara! I highly recommend it! I have never gotten so many compliments on my lashes!

I can't stand the they're real. it leaves my lashes extra hard and crispy, it doesn't give very much volume it's more lengthening but even then there are much better lengthening mascaras out there. it also doesn't last very long and flakes like CRAZY. the too faced is one of my favorites at the moment I haven't had flaking at all (I wear contacts so I Definitely notice flakes) but I do notice it doesn't last all that long. my bottom lashes will smudge after a few hours of heat and I usually reapply mascara on my lunch break when I'm wearing that one. but my lashes are soft, it's easy to remove, and the volume and length it gives them is impressive. they are super feathery and big with the too faced. I keep trying to find a waterproof top coat that will make it stay on.

@Alexis I heard the BTS waterproof was a super wet formula, which I'm not a fan of. Does it take long to dry?

Christine, it's not very wet at all and it dries super fast.
