Make up forever has color adjusting drops, and they have white ones. You have to check whether the foundation is water or silicon based (silicon most likely, yet I'm not sure) to choose the right drops.

Yes, quite a few brands actually offer a couple of products in pure white in different formulas to mix with your existing product to match you better.
You really do just need to buy a product with the same base like Mar mentioned

I actually think the Estée Lauder double wear is water based. Or at least water and silicone.
You can actually just buy the Manic Panic Virgin dream tone foundation which is pure white and you can get it on amazon. It's water based I believe.
