Okay guys, so today I had my hair done, I got a blonde ombré over some caramel highlights. my hair feels tough and a lot came out when I was combing through it. there is also these little white things that are in my hair... I'm not sure if it's like dried bleach or what, but can someone please tell me how to recover from this and make my hair feel healthyðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Your hair was over processed. the white things that you see is the point of breakage. I would call the salon and explain to them that your hair is damaged and see what they can do for you. most places will give you a deep conditioning treatment and recomend what else to use.

Go back to the salon and follow what they say, and then do a Coconut oil, olive oil hair mask, which puts the life back into my hair. Rub it throughout your head and on your scalp and keep a shower cap on overnight and wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning.

Try a different conditioner and shampoo. It could be cause your using to much of it. Maybe also your brushing your hair 2 much. If you curl or straighten it lots that could be the problem. Give it a break for a couple of days and have it down or in a very very low ponytail. Try not to straighten or curl it for a bit of time and see if that makes a difference
