How would you suggest doing a look like this?
Brushes, technique, and shade wise!

Use tape to get a fierce line. I would take a damp flat brush with the eyeshadow and pat it on there to whatever shade you feel is comfy. Make sure that you define your crease with a darker color. Add falsies for bigger eyes and a nude lip.

After you apply the eyeshadow all over the lid though how would you suggest blending without getting the shadow everywhere?

When blending the lid use a little darker color in the crease and build it up till you like it. You could also take a deep brown or black and lightly blend it into the outer corner. Or you can start with a transition color and build it up till you get a deep crease, Apply the lid color, blend, and then add the deep brown or black to outer.

When blending it you should lightly mix the colors together but you won't have this problem if you tap the brush, with product on it, and then dab it.
