The fullest full coverage I've used is the Estée Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover and I definitely recommend it for normal to oily skin.

I second the Estée Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover foundation! I have very dark scarring and pretty bad acne , and it covers everything and lasts long :)

I don't recommend Kat Von D because there's a terrible color range and it looks very cakey. You should try makeup forever sticks with a powder. The sticks are super blend able and looks PERFECT. Nikkie tutorials uses them
