I recently started getting these bumpd all over my forehead and it looks very noticeable with makeup. What could it be and how to treat it?

Yes its basically acne or whiteheads under the skin you should see a dermatologist.

Definitley little white heads. I get them when I break out. Do you wash your face?

A good face wash and exfoliating should do the trick :)

I get those once in a while. I use Cetaphil cleanser and warm water to clean my face in the morning and evening. I very lightly exfoliate about every two days or so. The Mario Badescu drying lotion helps get rid of the bumps pretty quickly. This routine really helps me get rid of them. Sun helps as well.
