So I know this is wired but some ppl say my eyes are totally green and some say they're totally brown. I have lightish skin and brown hair. I cannot tell if my veins are blue or green.
What colors would compliment my eyes?
You can suggest a pallet, a specific shadow, or just a color.
Thanks💕

Browns, blacks and greys would look the best I think.

They look more like a blue in some of your pictures compared to green, I'd recommend bronze kind of colours, warm Browns and maybe some mauve/purple shades.

I would definitely call your eyes green. maybe green-grey.
opposite from green on the color wheel is red (pinks, coppers, wines for more wearable examples) if you want a complimentary look. because they are opposite each other, red tones will make the green in your eyes pop more than any other color. purple and orange shadows would also do a good job of bringing out the green color. yellow or blue shadows wouldn't look bad they just wouldn't make the green pop and may wash the color out even.
