If possible, only wash your hair every other day. Give yourself a head massage of have someone rub your scalp once a day (weird, I know) but it stimulates the growth cells. When your hair is wet only comb with a wide toothed comb as your hair is more fragile and prone to breakage when it is wet. Do all you can to protect your ends! Try using heat protectant spray and/or leave-in conditioner on your ends especially when styling. For a fuller look, blow dry your hair upside down.

And do everything possible to avoid heat! After your shower, do not towel dry your hair by rubbing it because it breaks it. Ring out the excess water and twist it up into the towel for 10-15 minutes (I have thin hair too so it doesn't take long) and take it down and comb through and add your desired products. After that, paws off! If you avoid touching your hair or running your fingers through it, it prevents frizziness.
