I wear strapless bras like the first one and I've never had any problems with them falling or slipping however that's because of the silicone lining they have on them to stop them moving, not sure if the bandeau would have that but I assume it would for the make of it, considering it looks like a normal strapless bra. I like how the second one looks better :) like it'd be more comfortable anyways.
