Eye liner definitely suits you :) Have you tried tightlining (lining your upper water line) that would be a good way for you to get used to the liner look without it being overpowering :)

To be honest I hate tight lining I have big round eyes but your eyes Hape would very well suit tightlining you have a very nice eye shape.

It definitely makes your eyes more defined. I also suggest tightlining to make it pop even more. PS I love your brows.
