Though I have oil skin and never never have dryness..but I dnt know what's wrong this winter my skin around chin n upper lips seems to look little dark and
one foundation is done ,it looks like dry patch and rough..
I dnt know what's wrong and also how to apply foundation to have same look as on other part
please help

It sounds like you need to exfoliate with a physical exfoliater. what I do is avoid anything that is crushed up nut shell, it's rough. after you exfoliate you'll want to apply a face oil, jojoba oil, argan. if you don't use face oil, a good face moisturizer will do, applied to a damp face. if you have any A&D ointment or anything like that. a small amount applied to the dry patches over night helps me a lot.

Really any will work. just make sure you get one that's formulated for your skin type and not to over exfoliate. I'm currently using vasanti brighten up enzymatic face rejuvenator.
