I'm 4.5 months pregnant and skin is out of control. I'm normally combination and slightly sensitive and ance prone. lately my skin has been breaking out horribly and has patches of dryness (mainly around my breakouts). What can I do to help??

It's the hormones. I've been told I was lucky that I didn't get those symptoms but I think part of the reason is just eating right and drinking Lots of water. I would drink about at least 5 or 6 water bottles a day. And make sure you eat food that of course you crave but don't forget about keeping a good healthy balance too. Take your prenatal vitamins. As long as you keep your hormones balanced as much as you can then your skin should get better too.

First of all congratulations :)
M 23 weeks pregnant. Lately am also having breakout but thankfully not much. As Sarah said its hormones.. But these hormones kind of help too. Have you noticed your hair become more healthy and lustrous? Keep your self hydrated with in. May be you can change it skin care products. I have replaced my night cream with sweet almond oil and it has helped me a bit. But there is not much you can do about it. So don't think much and enjoy this phase. All the best :)
