Good moisturizer for dry/normal skin?

I have a combination of dry/normal skin (my skin is also somewhat sensitive). I'm looking for a good moisturizer that's not too heavy, something I can wear under makeup and at night as well. Something that will keep my skin glowing/ youthful:)

I recommend Cerave Moisturizing lotion, it's not as heavy as a cream and I wear it every day under my makeup and overnight :)

Neutrogena Hydro Boost. Good for dehydrated skin. But probably not moisterizing enough for super dry, flakey skin.
