I have sensitive skin. I have got little red bumps all over my face and I'm not sure If it's forming pimples or what. I tried to use drying out stuff on my face but that has only, made it worse. I have Now tried using diluted Apple cider vinegar and that made it worse. I just tried diluted Tea tree oil and it burns.. it is making my skin more red and irritated. If I use stuff with oil it makes me,breakout too. Some one please help me. I'm losing hope for pretty skin.

You might just be irritating your skin too much. Try something gentle at first , and wait until the redness goes away. Then you can start treating the blemishes. You don't want irritate your skin even worse trying to throw all these acne treatments at it at like the apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil like you mentioned.
Good luck! ☺️
