So I'm going to get either on of the Naked palettes by UD or one of the Chocolate bar palettes by TF but which should I get? Which one will be the best for dark brown eyes?

Also, I have extremely hooded eyes incase that matters. I know people say that matte is better for hooded eyes and I know the chocolate has more matte.

I personally believe that most of the naked palettes are hyped up, like the Naked 2 and the naked 3. Although, my Naked one was great before I have it away to a friend who lost all her makeup. The chocolate bar palette is really easy to blend, but I felt like I was stuck with only 3 looks with that palette, while the Naked 1 is really versatile. With your skin tone, I think you will look better in the Chocolate Bar palette, the first one is more cool toned while the semi sweet is more warm to me. naked 1 is warm, naked 2 is cool and naked 3 is rose toned. It's honestly up to you! Go visit your local Sephora/ulta and swatch the shadows on each arm and see what colors you prefer. Before I buy any palette, I always sit and think of looks that I can do only using that palette. Since both palettes have matte colors (TF chocolate bars have more mattes than UD), you won't have to reach for another palette for crease colors. The highlight shades in the naked palettes are good, but there are only 2 mattes in the entire palette, while I had no problem having matte colors for my brow bone, crease and outer corner. Both of the palettes have nice packaging, and are great for travel. Although my naked 1's gold writing wore off after a while. Oh, and I have dark brown eyes and both palettes were good for me. If I were you, I would look at Naked 1 or TF Semi Sweet Chocolate bar palette! xoxo

I really love how pigmented the Naked palettes are. The Naked 2 palette is really pretty but I absolutely love the gold, coppery, warm colors that the Naked 1 has to offer.

The original chocolate bar pallette is amazing! You can make so many looks from it! I definitely recommend it 👌🏼

I would also suggest any of the Morphe palettes! they are very pigmented and easy to blend! I have the 35K and I love it! very great colors and it's cheaper than the naked palettes and personally I prefer the morphe ones! you should check it out(:
