I'd suggest you layer up, wear thermal underclothes and a good quality winter coat, hat, gloves, scarf, the whole winter package
At that temp I wouldn't care about how I looked but focus on how to keep myself warm

Yeah what Alyx said because -2 C isnt bad lol... if that is the case then just wear a warm coat, hat and gloves and I would suggest a pair of fancy pants with classy boots and a dressy top with a blazer.

Pants! A a cute sweater, maybe a scarf. I would also wear thermals underneath the pants because I hate being cold. And then some boots and a nice coat...?
