What's the best way to make my lips look bigger ?

Cover your lips in foundation/concealer then apply lipstick over the lips, appearing to make them bigger. Or you could try a lip product such as a plumper or the lip injection by Too Faced, however they work by increasing the blood flow in your lips.

I wouldn't suggest lip plumpers because they irritate you're lips to make them bigger!
