What makeup should I wear with this dress? I'm going to be wearing black booties and a silver and iridescent bracelet. I don't want to be super bold. I would like to have either a bold lip and Neutral eye or vice versa. Also, should I straighten MG hair or give it a nice bouncy blowout? Pictures would be great. All replies are greatly appreciated!

I definitely think having your hair pin straight would look amazing since the neckline is so dramatic, and because of this I would go minimal with the eye makeup, but then have a bolder lip.

I would personally do an updo to show off that neckline. As for makeup I would do a dark red lip. I'll try to find some pictures...

And then here are these if you really want to wear you hair down. I usually always prefer wearing my hair down but for a dress with a neckline like that, I think its just too much, and will overwhelm the rest of the look. But if you want then I would definitely do straight and pinned back out of your face and neck...

I think slicked back hair since you have long & dark hair with some red lips would look so nice with that dress 😊 Kendall would be my example.
