Well, it just depends on what you want/ where you want it. tattoos will be there forever, so make sure that you 110% love it, and will not get sick of it. I would put a picture of either the quote or the image as your background or around your house so you see it everyday and this will help in making sure you want it. as for care, your artist will provide you with the instructions and what to do to care for it. hope this helps, and I may be off with my information since I don't tattoos, but it's just the general idea.

This is how I care for my tattoos and what my artist have told me (I have 6 tattoos and a half sleeve):
You want to wash your tattoo multiple times a day. I use the liquid gold dial soap and make sure you use nothing with a scent. Do not submerge your tattoo under water and don't put it under the shower stream directly. Don't use hot water on it for the first few days. Don't wear black clothing for the first few days because it will draw the color out of it. Don't use Vaseline on it because then it can't breathe. You can use unscented lotion on it. Some people use aquaphor but it's too thick in my opinion. I like lubriderm on it. You're going to wanna wear cotton on it so it can breathe. Don't put it in direct sunlight. Don't put sunblock on it until it heals. Don't go swimming. Try not to touch it too often. Don't pick at the scabs when they form. If it itches gently pat it.

What happens if people keep posting in the wrong section? Are you going to ban them? Smh this is getting out of hand. These are beautiful nice women on here and I have never experienced or seen any cyber bullying or cruel comments which is what I love about this app and these "moderators" are seriously killing the whole vibe.

You're misunderstanding us, Fro! ^_^
Just imagine if you were given the responsibility to keep art supplies in order for a whole school or establishment. You need to sort them by type or nobody will find them, right?
So if you keep finding pencils where the magic markers should be, the best way to proceed is to move them to their place and remind who's using them where they're supposed to go.
That's all we're doing, nothing terrible. In fact, useful. We're also the people who find the (few) nasty comments and delete them... So you and I can have a better experience with BL! ;)
I'm sure it makes sense to you...:)
Now you made me want to listen to Kendrick Lamar with your last phrase!
