CC or Color Correcting cream has more coverage than a BB cream so it helps even out the skin tone (hence the color correcting part). I believe they all also have skin nourishing ingredients to help the skin, at least I know the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream does which I think Sabrina may be able to tell you more about (:

At first,BB cream is create for skin damaged people to cover their imperfection without making them worse. But now BB cream has become more like skincare+foundation all in one product. CC cream means color correcting. The main function is for correcting discoloration. But since more and more brands came out with similar products, they add more and more stuff in it (such as pigment, skincare, coverage, etc.) in order to attract buyers. So there's barely no difference between BB n CC nowadays. But normally, normally CC cream gives less coverage than BB cream.
I live in Asia, and BB cream and CC cream were basically born in Korea, so I tend to know them a bit more, hope this can help you.😊
