I'm going to a formal dance and I don't know what makeup look to wear with this. Any tips would be great!

You could do a cool toned cut crease to tone down the warmth of the dress and then ballance the look out with either a dark red lippie or a nude lip, the youtuber "glam&gore" has a very nice industrial makeup look that would look very nice with that dress.
