I really want to try the new L'Oreal foundation cushion, but since it is very dewy Anson a have some oily patches around my hose, just want to buy a mattifying primer.
What are your favorite drugstore ones?

I eared Rimmel as a good one, anybody tried it?

I haven't tried the matte primer from Rimmel, but the normal one is really nice so I'm sure the matte is as well :) Are you only interested in drugstore primers?

Genevieve, Soap & Glory have one called "One heck of a blot" primer which I have been using for a few weeks now and I have to say it's the best drugstore primer I have come across so far. It's more of a demi matte finish, which I prefer, as opposed to a really drying matte finish. It has great staying power and I don't have to touch up unless I am wearing makeup for over 8 or 9 hours. It hasn't broken me out either, so all in all I highly recommend this product.

Sabrina, I would like to stick to drugstore due to my limited budget, but if there is a HG I might splurge!
Ealu, I'll have to check if I can get that, because I never saw Soap & Glory product where I live!

Oh man I know all about the tight budget Genevieve! It sucks! But I absolutely love my BareMineral PrimeTime primers! They are the one primer I'm willing to splurge on! I don't know how much they are where you live but they are pretty pricey in Denmark! But on the other hand I have them forever cos I use so little!
They have an oil control one which is super great for keeping you matte, it's not drying or heavy on the skin as some matte primers can be - but it really keeps the oil in check!
Now I don't have very oily skin myself, so if it's something you would want to look into I would suggest you read/watch reviews from girls with oily skin just to make sure it will be right for you :)

Oh I'll check it out! in not super oily neither but since I want to try a more dewy foundation, I'm scared about my nose getting oilyer

Definitely let me know if you try it out :) And I will keep my eyes out for a drugstore alternative :)

I liked the maybeline baby skin primer as a drugstore, non oily/dewey primer.

Kat that's the one I use right now, but it seems to boost the oil around my nose unfortunately

I love the rimmel stay matte primer. I found it great for oil control and it's cheap!
