Its a good idea to start anti ageing products early - this will delay the first signs of ageing. At 18 I wouldnt suggest many anti ageing products but even at 18 a good hydrating eye cream is a must.
At 24 you should consider starting to introduce anti ageing in your skincare routine. I started at 23-24 and is now 28 and is introducing more and more into my routine.
You should look into a firming eye cream, a good serum and a good night cream to add to your current products. And always remember spf :)

I do not live in the UK myself so I don't really know what brands you have available. But I'm sure you can go in to any department store and seek help with the employees :)

I agree with Sabrina.
I'm a social marketer with a brand called Modere and we have some amazing skincare products as well as our best selling Modere I/D which is good to use at any age and it helps nourish and protect the skin while also aiding with the starting of fine lines, redness, acne, etc. it uses absolutely no harsh chemicals. if you're interested in checking it out go to modere.com. the brand is available worldwide :) let me know if you have any questions
