I agree with Nicole A. Is it all the UD shadows that do this to you? Sounds like there is something in the UD eyeshadows that makes then crease on your lids. That's a bummer.

the nars eyelid primer is pricey but works wonders for oily eyelids so I don't see why it shouldn't work for you or the Palladio eye lid primer (at sallys)!

I emailed Urban Decay last night to see what is going on. While I wait to hear back from them I will be trying Too Faced Shadow Insurance with a little bit of matte finishing powder on top of that, today with the Naked palette. I'm not quite sure if it is all Urban Decay shadows or not. I just notice that both Naked palettes I own crease badly. And I don't get it because my eyelids really are not too terribly oily. Let's see how this goes today.

Perhaps using a setting spray after you are done will help? Urban Decay, ELF, and several other brands make them. My ELF keeps my makeup on for 14 hour days working and at class.

Urban Decay just emailed me back and told me that my palettes maybe expired and to take them back to where I got them. My question is does eyeshadow crease when it's expired? And it's not just one of the palettes it's both one and two of the Naked. And another thing, I received both of these palettes as Christmas gifts. They were purchased at Ulta. If I need to return them and exchange them, will I be able to, you think?

Once you're done applying your shadow take a big fluffy all over eyeshadow brush and dust your lids wish a transparent finishing powder (NOT SETTING POWDER!) MUFE's works great on my clients. Hope that helps!

I've been having this problem lately. What I do is wipe any excess oil off. Then I'll add my primer, then a face powder. Let that sit for a bit then I'll add a base then my shadow. It's helped so far.

I have oily lids, and the two best primers I've found are by lorac and stila. I work at a sephora and have tried them all, and these are the two I always recommend.

You obviously just have very oily eyelids, nothing weird or something to be ashamed of. I personally have the skin of the Sahara desert so I don't know too much about prevening creasing, but I'd give the Maybelline color tattoos a shot. When I use these the color lasts FOREVER. They're pretty cheap and come in beautiful colors, so why not!! I highly recommend Tough As Taupe, Bad To The Bronze, and Barely Branded. Good luck! I hope you figure something out!!! :)

Thanks for all the suggestions! :) yesterday I used my shadow insurance and then matte powder on top. By the end of the night my shadow was creased just a tiny bit but it was so much better than ever before with using these palettes. Ill keep trying to find the right combo to make them stick.
