Simple MOTD. Recommendations on a VERY black eyeliner?

Maybelline dream lumi highlighting concealer "honey"
NYX hd translucent powder
Milani Luminoso blush

BHCosmetic eye shadows (88 tropical matte palette, no names)
Rimmel scandal eyes liquid liner
Maybelline pumped up mascara on top, Maybelline better than falsies on bottom

Wet n Wild "bare it all" lipstick, Colourpop's "Echo Park" satin liquid lipstick over top.

I need suggestions on a super black liquid liner, preferably a felt tip pen, and suggestions on waterline eyeliners that stay put! Thanks in advance :)

Nyx Vinyl Liquid Liner is super pigmented and last a while. $6.99 at Ulta.

I recently acquired this one: https://www.amazon.com/Absolute-York-Liquid-Liner-NANO/dp/B012Y78DI2 It's really black and super fine so you can get a really precise line and keep it close to your lashline on the inner corner, but it builds up really nicely on the outer corner and doesn't wipe itself away if you have to go over it for some reason. I'm a huge fan of it, surprisingly. I use it in conjunction with the Eyeko Fat Eyeliner (which I also like, it's very black but not super precise because, as the name says, it's a fat felt tip)

Try The Balm's Shwing eyeliner. It'll change your life I swear. The only thing is it's not waterproof. Which I prefer because I find that the texture of waterproof harder to finesse to create clean thin lines and it tends to have a glossy finish rather than the matte I like. And it is long-lasting despite not being waterproof ;)
