I'm doing makeup for a school play and decided to play around with a look for an evil queen and I came up with this.
This is also my first time doing theatrical makeup ever so I really really had a hard time with some of it. I need as much positive and negative feedback as well because I want to do a good job. (If you give negative feedback please give tips as to how I can make it better!)

Products I used -
NYX Gotcha Covered concealer
Prestige Cosmetics Pressed Powder
Ulta Contouring Palette
Naked 2 Palette Blackout, Bootycall, Busted and YDK
Tarte Amazonian Clay Eyebrow Mousse
Sephora Eyebrow Editor Midnight Brown
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara (will be using falsies for final look!)
Lip Color was achieved my using Chapstick and patting on Busted from Naked 2 palette to customize shade

That looks good so far, I'd do the eyebrows pointing downward like frowning, I think it would give a more evil look

I think that the eyebrows should be thin, like Delara said. maybe rounding off the bottom lip too. I love plays. what one are you doing?

Also maybe some sharper cheekbones with contouring and minimal blush, since evil characters don't necessarily have bright cheeks.

Definitely some sharp contouring of the cheekbones (think malificent) don't forget the back of the room needs to see it too so in my opinion the cheeks as is are going to get lost

The other ladies have made some great suggestions. The only other thing I can think of is I personally would try to make the black eye shadow a little more crisp or blend it out. Right now it sort of looks in between being crisp or being blended. It may just be the picture though. Also, I'm not sure if you tried blocking out your natural eyebrow hair or just applied the makeup directly over it. I would try to really block out your brow hair before applying the black if you didnt. I had a stage makeup class in college and we had liquid latex in our kits to "block out" our eye brows in order to draw new ones. However I've heard of people who do drag makeup using regular glue sticks to do the same thing. I'm not sure how safe that is and I'm sure there are other methods you could also try. But it would create a flatter canvas for the black part of the eyes. And as the other ladies already mentioned, you'll want the whole audience to be able to see your makeup from far away. So, the final look you decide on should look a little harsh up close but it will not from a distance. the next time you apply the look I would recommend standing 10 feet from a mirror with a bright light on and see if you can still make out the details of your face. If not, you may want to darken them. Overall, you did a great first try! I love the winged liner, it's looks very precise! Good luck!

At my school they do provide a product to put over eyebrows but I was at home and just playing with a look. Thank you so much for all the info Shannon! I love the tip of standing far away from the mirror because I definitely struggled with thinking the makeup was too harsh.

You're very welcome! And oh ok that makes sense! When my professor graded us in the class I had he based it off how we looked in a mirror from about 10 feet away with a stage light on. It definitely makes a big difference in the makeup! Again, good luck! :)

Arch the brows a lot more to give that permanent evil look. it would add a lot more to the character but wow! that makeup is amazing!
