I usually don't have severe acne but the last nine months with applying to colleges I've gotten really made acne. Most of the severe acne is gone but is now left with dark red/brown acne blemishes with some small scarring here and there. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fade them quickly? School starts back up in a month, and I want my skin to improve by then.

Either dilute tea tree oil (1-3 drops) in your moisturizer and apply like normal or get a Q-tip and dot tea tea tree oil on problem areas. In your case you may want to use it like a moisturizer (rub on your face NOT A LOT its strong) if you have sensitive skin definitely dilute it.

I personally found that tea tree oil only irritated my face no matter what I did. I recommend trying a Benzoyl Peroxide treatment for a few days. You will need to make sure you use a good moisturizer since it can be drying.

Vitamin c serum and a chemical exfoliant helped my acne scars from hormonal cystic acne - you can see my progress in my photos - also be sure to wear SPF every day otherwise the lightening effects of the vitamin c won't work.
