So I'm going for a Tilted Kilt interview and I was wondering if anyone knew what I should wear? Since I hear that most of the time during the interview I'll be in the uniform but I should still come in dressed to impress. What exactly would that mean? I hear dress interview ready in a fitted outfit but then I hear you can wear what you want in what you feel comfortable in but still dressed nicely and carry yourself well.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I love a wide leg fitted pant with any shirt to tuck in or just crop topped. Dress to impress means like to look like you're ready for the job and you're very put together. It could show that you have confidence and also express your feelings with the colors you wear. Especially a denim outfit with a pop of color in the shoes or purse or lipstick. In this picture, it's the purse that gives the pop of color. Any pants or shirt would look great just pic your style. Hope this helps💕 Send a picture of the finished look.

Ok so I have to disagree with Tia although that outfit is very beautiful your interviewing for tilted kilt which is in the same category as hooters since the uniform is very revealing they want to see your body type I'd wear a black body con dress and some heels or a pencil skirt with a skin tight crop top my freind works there for her interview she wore tore up Jean shorts that were high waisted and skimmed her butt cheeks with a Bralette covered in sequins and a smokey eye and nude lip it's a sexy work environment so dress accordingly

Yeah, agree with Danica. Tilted Kilt isn't really a place you need to "impress" to get the job, lol.

I don't work there but I do know the manager at one near me, and he always gets irritated when girls dress up very fancy and "professional" during interviews. The closest thing to the uniform is generally what he goes for. Of course they want to see you in the outfit that suits the job not the outfit for a casual day out or a fashion show. It's a very casual but still professional vibe to wear a black dress or button up and skirt. It's not about showing off your body, just that you're okay with what they wear. If you didn't feel comfortable wearing what they wear then the job isn't for you, if that makes sense! I'd keep the makeup minimal but very catchy, winged liner and nice lashes (or just a good mascara) are very nice and very common here. It looks great in the lighting without being too in your face or too bare.

Good luck anyway :)
