Hi there! I've been looking into different primers and I really don't know what to get. I did purchase a primer recently that was SUPPOSED to tackle all my skin concerns (oiliness, large pores, acne-prone) and that was the Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Perfector, or something along the lines of that. I noticed it sank into my pores and made them look more enlarged than they initially were. It did do a fantastic job of mattifying my skin for a long period of time. Nonetheless, I will be returning the product to Sephora, but I would like suggestions for a primer that would possibly work or a combination of some. Much appreciated! Xx.

I use the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Pore Minimizing on my trouble areas (cheeks and nose) and it fills my pores amazingly! I have a particularly large/deep pore on my cheek that would never get filled my any primer but the Smashbox one fills it perfectly, it's my new holy grail. On the rest of my face I use the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer and that keeps me matte (:

Thanks Alexis! By the way, I see you a lot on the forums, and can I just say that you seem to slay every makeup style you wear?

My 2 favorite primers is the Smashbox Photo Primer, and the Two Faced hangover primer. The hangover primer is my new favorite. It's very hydrating, and has a light fruity scent. It makes your face feel very smooth, and my foundation and concealer glides on. For your eyes, I've got the best results using concealer and a bit of powder. Hope this helps 😊
