If you have tried acne treatments or chemical exfoliates and don't work. The only thing I would suggest for you is to get a facial. The esthetician will extract your blackheads and whiteheads.

I feel like I'm going to be posting this a lot here. BHA/Salicylic acid, when formulated in a product properly, will help a host of issues, including white heads, flakiness, acne, redness/irritation, etc. Start with Paula's Choice as a brand. :)

Hmm how long have you had them for if I may ask try a Dead Sea mud mask it tends to dry on your face while sitting there it cleans out the pores and remove any thing that may have trapped inside your pores or you can go in with lime and exfoliate with sugar it's a natural exfoliater and the lemon will burn it off that always worked for hurtful acne for me

They almost look like tiny tiny little pimples. I've been having the same problem. But for me I can't put acne medication on my face or I will get a chemical burn. If you're face is able to handle that I would recommend persagel by clean and clear. Just put it on those areas. Or, if you think it's whiteheads or blackheads, I would recommend biore products. They work great. Especially the pore strips.
