Hey beauties! Has anyone ever used the Kat Von D Ink Liner with eyelash extensions? Or does anyone know if it's oil based? Thank you!

The KVD liner is the most amazing liquid liner I've ever used. It's highly pigmented, and works very well. It works very well with lash extensions!

Thank you ladies! I got Benefit's Bad Gal mascara that's water based and I got Tarte's precision liquid liner that's water based just incase I couldn't use my KVD ink liner. So far I like both!
