Is there any foundation recommendations for not falling into smile lines I'm only 14 but they're quite noticeable up close.

I've seen someone put concealer and a good about of powder to fill it in.

How are you applying your foundation? Your only 14, you shouldn't have these problems in your makeup generally speaking. Are you prepping your skin?

Smile lines are always going to be noticeable and it also depends on your face shape. Since that's something you can't change and it's completely natural, the only thing you can do is to apply a very thin layer of foundation so it doesn't settle on the lines and make them show up.
And trust me, nobody stares at smile lines ;)
