My hair is driving me crazy it's gotten longer and it's driving me insane! I want to cut it to my shoulders or maybe even shorter. I loved when my hair was that length but I haven't had it like that in a long time. Should I cut it or should I let it grow out? And if I cut it how short? I'll attach a pic of my hair now.
