Hii! your problem is normal nowdays. These dark circles appear due to lack of sleep, stress, intake of accurate diet or watching gadgets all day. You can use lemon juice for lightening it but use it carefully and be sure lemon juice is not entering in your eyes. It will work?

Don't use lemon juice! Especially around your eyes!
Drink plenty of water, make sure you're getting enough sleep, and sleep slightly propped up. However if your dark circles are heredity/genetic then there's not much you can do to lighten them.

Dark circles are not something you can treat with skincare, because they are largely unrelated to the skin itself. Short of actually thickening the skin under your eyes, there is no way to effectively get rid of them, so don't burn your money expecting a product to work miracles. There is simply a large concentration of blood vessels in that area, and the skin there is naturally thinner than on the rest of your face. Finding a good concealer is your best bet.
